Shipping & returns

Most pieces are one of a kind and made to order, so orders ship within 2-5 days after the piece is made, not measured from the day you buy.

• Within the US: all categories ship nationwide.
• International: jewelry (earrings and pendants) and sun catchers only. Wreaths and Witches Bells can’t ship internationally, because some countries restrict artificial florals and other materials.
• Local (Puyallup, WA): pickup or drop-off can be arranged in place of shipping.

• Refunds are issued for items that arrive damaged or broken; a photo or video is needed so we can sort it out together.
• For custom pieces, I send a photo and video of the finished work for your approval before it ships. If it isn’t right at that stage, we make it right.
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Shipping isn’t perfect, so if a piece is damaged in transit, I’m always happy to help you repair it. I’ve made replacement yarn and florals with step-by-step fixes. And I’m always happy to do it again.
