Custom orders

Commissions are welcome. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it, and what it will take.

How it works

  1. 1You send me what you have in mind. The more detail, the better.
  2. 2We confirm the scope, the overall price, and a timeline together before anything starts. Prices range a lot, so nothing is locked until we're on the same page.
  3. 3A 20% non-refundable deposit is paid the day the order is submitted. It goes toward your final total and shipping.
  4. 4I make your piece.
  5. 5I send a photo and video of the finished work for your approval before it ships.
  6. 6It ships to you. Or, if you're in Puyallup, we can arrange pickup.

Deposit & terms

To start a custom order, a 20% non-refundable deposit is agreed upon and paid the day the order is submitted. It goes toward your final payment and shipping cost. Worried about price? Just ask about payment-plan options, but the 20% rule stays.

If you live in Puyallup (only Puyallup), we can work out drop-off or pickup. Outside Puyallup, if you'd rather not pay for shipping, the only option is pickup from Puyallup.

How long it takes

Jewelry, smaller sun catchers
2–3 weeks
Larger sun catchers, small wreaths, witch bells
3–4 weeks
Large wreaths
4–6 weeks

Timelines are firm unless you arrange (and pay for) a rush, and can run longer when a piece needs materials sourced.

What I'll ask you

To begin, I'll need your name, the best way to reach you (email, text, or phone), your budget, any reference photos, and whether you're supplying anything yourself: a stone, a keepsake, a bone. Then, depending on the piece:

Wreath

Budget · size (S/M/L/XL) · theme or style · colors you love and colors you don't · crystals (and how many) · preferred length.

Witch bells

Budget · theme or style · colors · crystals (and how many) · length · any charms to represent something meaningful.

Sun catcher

Budget · size · theme · crystals · bead style (colorful, iridescent, or mixed) · colors · length.

Pendant

Budget · the crystal you want · copper or sterling silver wire · the wrap design (a description and examples, or dealer's choice) · oxidized or natural finish.

Choker

Budget · crystal · beads and colors · your neck measurement and preferred fit · wire type (copper, sterling silver, or coated) · oxidized or natural finish.

Earrings

Budget · wire type (copper, sterling silver, or coated) · crystals and which type · beads and colors · length · oxidized or natural finish.

For wreaths, you can also choose how crystals are picked: none at all, send your own, let me choose stones that suit the look, or answer a few personal questions and I'll match crystals I feel would be most beneficial for you.

A note on oxidized wire:once copper or sterling silver is oxidized, it can't be returned to its original color, so we'll settle the finish before I start.

What I don't make

  • Real gold, which is simply too expensive to work in.
  • Anything with non-ethically-sourced bones, uncleaned bones, or bones with bullet holes.
  • Extremely intricate wire-wrapping, which isn't in my skill set yet.
